Words can really hurt!!!

One of my colleagues was very harsh yesterday. Well...we were at floor (the entrance to the theatre) tearing the ticket for people and there was this little boy who kept on asking my colleague whether they were able to enter the theatre already. Usually we would let the customers enter the theatre 10 minutes before the show. So the first time the boy asked, my colleague said no, not yet.
The second time, the boy asked "Can we go in now?"
My colleague "No! When it is time for you all to enter, i would lift up the barrier!"
Then when the boy had walk a foot away, he cursed " Stupid Fool!"
I was like "Oh my goodness! Those words were harsh!"

I hate my new hairdo!!!

Sharks...not only is my new hairdo ugly, it is also about the same as my fren, waishin's hair. It was not intentional that i cut the same hair as her but probably people will think i copied her hairstyle. Now i look totally like a mushroom with my new hairdo. Shouldn't have ask the auntie to help me cut my fringe. I WANT my fringe back. This is a new lesson that i have learnt: don't grow short fringe, it looks totally ugly on me.

Went to Yishun Golden Village today to watch the movie "Finding Neverland". There was buffet provided for us too, so obviously as a kiasu Singaporean, my family and i went there to have our breakfast. My mother joined us too although she did not stayed to watch the movie because she have to work.
I am actually proud to say that i watch the movie way before it show on all GV cinema..hee! I must say it is a terrific movie! The movie actually involved a lot of emotion, i cried and laughed during the movie..and from what i remember i only cried and laughed for "Finding Nemo"...how interesting that both starts with Finding. Anyway the movie talks about how the fairytale "Peter Pan" comes about. It is about this guy who is a play writer and he is very imaginative. He met with a family at a park and after getting along with the family, he came up with the play Peter Pan which was well received by all the audience. The show actually sort of define neverland as heaven, so obviously someone died in the show lah since it is finding neverland.
Unfortunately as a chinese saying that there is no free lunch in this world, something like that...my father got fined for parking too long at the loading and unloading parking lot. How nice! So it is fair lah, we did not eat and watch for free, we paid $50 for all that.

Life is always like this, people get into your life and out of your life the next minute. I am not talking about boyfriends but my three managers. They have been transfered to other GV outlets and two managers have been called to replace them. I am so sad. Why do they have to transfer them away of all the managers? They have been very fun to work with. One of them like to act cute and always create a lot of jokes. The other is so funny with her expression. The last manager to leave is the one who recruit me in who i feel is very caring but strict. She can be very fun though if she wants to.
Yesterday almost all the GV staff went out with two of the managers to toa payoh. We treated them at Swedson. I must complaint that it is very expensive!!! However it is a once in a blue moon sort of occasion so it's ok. I must announce that i am BROKE!!! I am going to be like so so broke considering that i have not yet bought my chinese new year!

I feel so guilty. Arrest me come on arrest me!!! I cheated someone of $2! It wasn't intentional of course. I have to blame it on my poor memory. My colledge told me that today's special was Ben and Jerry Combo and it is $8 and there is also another combo which is Super Combo, it is $10. I got it mixed up and when one guy ordered a Ben and Jerry Combo, i told him it is $10. The funny thing is that guy did not protest or question me although it was written on the menu $8. So i happily gave him the combo and entered the button Ben and Jerry combo, it was then that i realised i told him the wrong price as the screen showed $8. 'Den Den Den De' When i realised it, it was already too late! The guy have already walked off, what long legs he have!
There is a new batch of staff at GV. Yeah finally i am a senior, ok to be excited over this is like kind of crazy but i am crazy. Most of them from what i know are waiting for their "O" level result. This batch of new staff is very friendly, i like! Most of them approached me to talk to me. I must admit that i am kind of anti-social, i seldom approach others first. With all the new staff, i am actually able to slack haha. There is also a new manager who is not bad, kind of quiet though but guess with all the 'old'(not very old lah but work longer than us) staff around especially Christina, she will soon break free from her shell!
