my first play BOEING BOEING!!!

i am in love with plays!!!Boeing Boeing is my first play and definitely not going to be my last! i totally enjoyed it! have to give credit to my sis because she was the one who treated me to the play!
can really tell that the actors and actresses put in a lot of effort in the play especially Jelly(star by Pam, the one who played in the TV comedy Ah Girl) and Junko(star by Emma)...both of them really grasped the role of a HK air stewardess and a JAL air stewardess perfectly with their accent and actions. both of them really seemed like they are from HK and Japan! the story is actually about a guy, Bernard who have three fiancees and how he juggles his time among the three fiancees. all three of them are air stewardess from different airlines and countries. expectedly, he screwed up in the end but how he actually managed to settle the whole matter, well it is for you people to find out! it really is a fabulous play so go check it out at this website http://www.sistic.com.sg! it is highly recommended by me!
i feel that if you want to go and watch a play better dressed up for it because wearing T-shirt and jeans just does not attract anybody's attention! before the show, there were several people who were there to sell a booklet about the show but nobody approached my sis and i even though my sis wanted a copy! well underdressed just doesn't attract attention i guessed!
I need to get tan! i have a lame competition with a hippo! crazy hippo say he will be playing hardcore basketball at 12 everyday just to get tan which i bet he will not because he is afraid of skin diseases. Actually with this competition or not, i still wanna get tan!!!
Oh ya found something interesting in Bugis, that christian names can be converted to chinese character and guessed what is Amy? it means ai mei...oh my goodness!

Pacifier

my greatest record ever...late for 40 mins!!! it wasn't my fault really because that "uncle's" exam ended early and he went to bugis immediately from dover, unfortunately during that time i was still at home...crap
funny guy he is...even though he knows that he is exceptionally early he did not go and grab a bite, only when i arrived did he complained that he is hungry...aiyo! Ironically when we brought the food and have the first bite, both of us announced that we are actually not that hungry because the ban mian was kind of uncooked...i still like the ban main in foodcourt 3!!! we managed to finished though or rather he managed to finished it...hee because we talked while we eat so that kind of distract us from the hardness of the ban mian!
i don't think i will want to step into bugis shaw organisation to watch movie again! the cinemas seats are not steep enough and the ushers(nicer term) dressed kind of like toliet cleaner with a blue vest(no offence). thank goodness though i did not pay for the movie...haha. we watch the pacifer which was funny and the story is actually very typical so well overall it was just enjoyable!
realised after a day that he is a real childish "uncle"...have so much to talk about and he loves toys which i find it so funny...hee the chance to blabber about him because he doesn't read my blog! this "uncle" wanted to act like a gentlemen by insisting on sending me home first but in the end let me worried because he don't know how to walk from NEL to EWL at outram(i think)! of course in the end he reached home safe and sound but i think his butt must have swollen hehe...ok that was evil!
so exciting today i am going to watch a play boeing boeing! this is my first time watching a live play! so exciting! ha and it is another treat by my dearest sis! i feel good ta da da da da da da!

BBQ

Had a great time yesterday barbecuing, all thanks to the good food and good entertainers. Although the weather was not working well with us yesterday because it was raining, we still managed to have a great time taking photographs and playing freshman orientation kind of games like 7 up. The food was exceptionally good because we have a chief with us (XY's boyfriend). Come to think of it, i find it kind of wasted that i did not eat a lot, aiya(hit my thigh) waste my money but never mind, like Grace say "I don't mind paying good money for the good time!" Oh ya, must remember a fish call, erm i don't know how to spell it, should be jagger fish...the fish is simply ba goos...the meat is so tender...i think i ate about 3 of those fish. Kind of regretted eating so many of those fish though because my pimple seems to have grown bigger...arghh...so ugly!!!!

CCA points

YEAH!!!finally got my 4 cca points from participating, nope should say from enduring so much bruises and passing all the obstacles of playing volleyball. hmm...sometimes this kind of simple little things can also make you very happy!
List of things to be done during the holidays:
- dye my hair
- get myself tan
- buy birthday presents for my sis, jen, shu meng
- go and see my colleagues in john little
Oh man, lets pray that i have enough money to do all those!!!

A series of strange events!

Went to work yesterday because one of colleagues need to attend her friend's funneral. Yesterday was seriously a strange day...a series of strange events happened. First it was the arrival of an uninvited guest, and you would definitely not expect the guest in a shopping center, it is a bird...yes a bird! Funny isn't it...the mystery is how the bird can actually fly into the shopping center and to the last floor...i think the bird is attracted by the aroma of our popcorn...hee and i must get the credit because i was the one who pop the popcorn...
Second was a strange customer. It is not a surprise to have demanding, strange customer but that guy was really eccentric. He was standing at the kachang stall but his eyes was looking at our counter which is candy bar and he was talking to one of us standing at the counter..i couldn't hear what he is saying because he was quite a distance away from me... the strange thing was nobody know who he is...my friend and i was like giving each other the 'do you know who he is' look!
Last strange thing was a group of guys who have nothing better to do and was disturbing my colleague. Been working at GV for so long but i have never met a group of gangster disturbing any of the GV staffs. Initially they bought something from my colleague and they were really cheeky towards my colleagues. After purchasing their food, they still did not leave, they linger in front of our counter and kept on teasing my colleague...making a din like they are afraid we do not realised their existence. Sometimes guys can be so irritating!

>,< The Talk @ NUS

Went for a talk yesterday at NUS and was late(as usual) when meeting my friends at Buona Vista. Took the bus 95 to NUS, the reason why i wanna type it down is so that the next time i wanna go NUS, i know which bus to take. Wai Shin did not go for the talk and it seems such a surprise to everyone, probably because both of us always stick together...

NUS is indeed really huge...the bus took us to many different parts inside NUS before we reach the stop where we alight. The talk is held in a lecture hall which is located in the arts block...we almost lost our way inside NUS finding the lecture hall though. There is a foodcourt or rather hawker center beside the lecture hall. the reason why i say it is a hawker center is because of the structure looks so much like a hawker center and also there is no air-con.
The talk was informative as they tell us many things which are related to public relations. it is like giving us an insight of PR job but too bad they target on the wrong person, i am not interested in becoming a PR person. the two reasons that kept me listening to the whole talk(ok 3/4 of the talk) was the accent that they possess and also because the topic that they touch on might be useful for my IPRA exam.
After the talk, we had refreshment that they prepare for us... i didn't get to eat much except a cabbage cream bun(weird combination but still tasty) because all the PR person were crowding at the refreshment table, socalising and eating... well i am not good with talking and i am afraid i might make a fool of myself so i avoid going to take the food...but the hunger was too much to bear so i surrender and stole one bun from the table...now come to think of it that was a foolish action because i acted like a thief. Hopefully nobody saw it!

Oh ya today is April Fool's Day...not in school haha so can escape from any April Fool's joke which i bet Ali will have a lot

Finallly...

After one day of being a sleeping beauty, i am all charge up to blog. Been reminding myself to change my layout and i finally did it..yoohoo *happy shalala, it's so nice to be happy*! There is a problem though...i can't put seem to put in my tagboard...argh...i knew it, computers will never be so nice to me.
Hmm...have not been blogging since 6 March...wow that's how long., been pretty busy with projects and our dvpa but that's history! Feel so uneasy now that i am free! This is supposed to be our study week but can't seem to be able to sit down and study. There is too much on my mind~!

Don't know why but i seem to always meet guys who are quiet, shy and pure (haha sounds so horny). I just don't get it, am i not quiet enough? I thought opposite attracts? If both are quiet then are we supposed to look at each other for the whole day? Now i am only hoping that he is not a Leo cos if he is then it will definitely be a gone case cos i can never understand Leo guys! Don't know why but i feel that we are both too quiet and this would lead to nothing!!! Why is it that i cannot meet a dark, romantic and loves me guy? Argh...seriously i should NOT be thinking so much...i should just return to my room and STUDY!!! Jia you!
